In general, a Direct Cremation gives us a chance to avoid traditional funeral practices, if we don't want them, and instead have something more personalised. The process is also a lot simpler: if you opted for one in Basildon, we would collect your loved one, and escort them to the crematorium. Then, following the cremation, depending on what you would prefer, we can return their ashes to you by hand, or scatter them for you at the crematorium's own garden.
