Unlike other providers, we’ll never charge for collection regardless of the distance, and the removal of medical devices that may affect the cremation, such as pacemakers, is always included at no extra cost.
Free Cancellation Anytime
Change your mind? You can cancel your Aura plan at any time and receive a refund with no admin fees. Many providers allow free cancellations within the first 30 days but apply a fee after that period. Some offer longer free cancellation windows depending on the payment plan, though charges may still apply once the set timeframe has passed.
