Unlike other providers, we won’t hassle you with constant calls. We’ll simply ensure you have the information you need and leave you to come to a decision in your own time. When you’re ready for us, our team will be ready to help.
When purchasing your funeral plan in Plymouth, you’ll pick a close friend or family member as your ‘Nominated Representative’. When the time comes, they’ll let us know as soon as they can, using a pamphlet that we will provide them with to contact us. We will then apply the funeral wishes you’ve specified in your plan, using the money you’ve set aside with us to cover all of the expenses.
Starting at £1,595, you could purchase one of Aura’s funeral plans for less than half of the average price of a funeral in the UK, according to SunLife, which is £4,141. You can get all the information about pricing that you need by calling us at 0800 808 5723, or by heading to our Funeral Plan page.
Aura is different from many other providers in that it gives the chance for families to be there at the direct cremation of a loved one. Attended and unattended direct cremations are essentially the same except that, with the former, mourners get to attend a personalised service about their loved one. It could be designed and performed by a religious minister or a celebrant.
Our dedicated Angel team will be on hand to assist your family with as much or as little of the process as they’d like; we’re there to provide a helping hand, but we also recognise that many families prefer to carry out the admin themselves. That said, there are certain legal matters that need to be resolved before a cremation can legally go ahead, so we will always make sure that everything is in order.
Naturally, every funeral is different, so we aren’t able to offer a standard timeframe, as there are many different elements that can impact delivery time. That said, you can rest assured that, through our regular and detailed updates, your family will always know the progress of your funeral in Plymouth.
