Aura is a family-run, having been founded by Paul Jameson back in 2019, alongside his son, Dave (our CEO), following Paul’s diagnosis with motor neurone disease. The diagnosis forced Paul to confront his own mortality and to realise how hard it can be to put end-of-life plans in place. Aura aims to pass on the benefits of what he learned to every family in the UK beginning to think about their own legacy. Paul continues to run the company today, alongside Dave, and a family friend called Ben (our COO). It’s our mission to make sure that the service we offer each and every family never dips below what Paul would expect for his own family. Our fantastic, compassionate service is provided by our industry-leading Aura Angel team, who are there to handle every aspect of your funeral plan with care and attention.
