Aura allows funeral plans to be cancelled or adjusted at any time without a cancellation fee.
With Grace allows plans to be cancelled free of charge within 30 days of the start date for plans paid in full or over less than 24 months, and within 24 months of the start date for plans paid over 24 months or longer.
Cancellations made outside these periods are subject to a fee of £250.
