1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the August Promotion (“Promotion”) provided by Aura Life Limited (“Aura”, “Provider”, “we”, “us”, “our”), offering up to £200 per plan discount across our pre-paid funeral plan product range (“Product”). “Quote” means a price estimate for a Product provided to a customer by us during the Promotion Period, either verbally, by email, or by post, and relating to a specific Product.

2. Promotional Period

2.1 The Promotion starts on 17 August 2026 and ends on 04 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 The Promotion applies to:

• Products purchased during the Promotion Period; and
• Quotes requested during the Promotion Period, provided the quoted Product is purchased no later than  11 September 2026.

2.3 Quotes requested outside of the Promotion Period are not eligible for the Promotion.

2.4 Any eligible quote requested during the Promotion Period will expire on 11 September 2026. If the Product is not purchased by this date, the discount will no longer apply.

3. Promotion Details

3.1 The structure of the Promotion is as follows:

• £50 off Direct Cremation Plan (single)
• £100 off Intimate Plan (single)
• £200 off Attended Plan (single)
• An additional £100 off when purchasing two eligible plans together – Direct Cremation Plan (£50 per plan)
• An additional £200 off when purchasing two eligible plans together – Intimate Plan (£100 per plan)
• An additional £400 off when purchasing two eligible plans together – Attended Plan (£200 per plan)

3.2 This Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount or incentive offered by Aura. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per plan purchased. 

3.3 Discounts within the Promotion can be redeemed via telephone purchase at this time.

3.4 Payment options include full payment or spreading the cost over 12 or 24 months at no extra charge. Cover starts only after all instalments are fully paid.

3.5 Individuals who have previously held a Product from Aura that was later cancelled are not eligible for this Promotion.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Promotion is open to all new Planholders who either:

• Purchase a Product during the Promotion Period; or
• Request a quote during the Promotion Period and complete the purchase of that quoted Product by 11 September 2026.

4.2 If the plan holder has been diagnosed with a terminal illness or is expected to pass away within the next 12 months, please call us to discuss the options available, as a Prepaid Funeral Plan may not be the most appropriate option.

5. Data Protection

By participating in this Promotion, you consent to Aura and its authorised partners processing your personal data for the administration of the Promotion and in line with Aura’s Privacy Notice, which can be found at https://aura.life/privacy-policy.

6. Terms of Use

Aura reserves the right to cancel any Product in cases of misuse or breach of these terms. 

Aura may amend or withdraw this Promotion without prior notice.

These terms apply in addition to Aura’s standard service terms (“full Terms and Conditions”), and all decisions regarding this offer are final.
