1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the End-of-Year Discount Promotion (“Promotion”) provided by Aura Life Limited (“Aura”, “Provider”, “we”, “us”, “our”), offering up to £300 per plan discount across our pre-paid funeral plan product range (“Product”).

2. Promotional Period

2.1 The Promotion starts on 12 January 2026 and ends on 30 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 Only Products purchased during the Promotion Period are eligible for the Promotion.

3. Promotion Details

3.1 The structure of the Promotion is as follows:

• £50 off Direct Cremation Plan (single)
• £150 off Intimate Plan (single)
• £300 off Attended Plan (single)
• An additional £50 off Two Together – Direct Cremation Plan (£25 per plan)
• An additional £250 off Two Together – Intimate Plan (£125 per plan)
• An additional £550 off Two Together – Attended Plan (£275 per plan)

3.2 This Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount or incentive offered by Aura. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per plan purchased. 

3.3 Single plans within the Promotion can be redeemed via online or telephone purchases. Two Together plans within the Promotion can only be redeemed via telephone at this time.

3.4 Payment options include full payment or spreading the cost over 12 or 24 months at no extra charge. Cover starts only after all instalments are fully paid.

3.5 Individuals who have previously held a Product from Aura that was later cancelled are not eligible for this Promotion.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Promotion is open to all new Planholders who purchase a Product from Aura during the Promotion Period.

4.2 If the plan holder has been diagnosed with a terminal illness or is expected to pass away within the next 12 months please call us to discuss the options available as a Prepaid Funeral Plan may not be the most appropriate option.

5. Data Protection

By participating in this Promotion, you consent to Aura and its authorised partners processing your personal data for the administration of the Promotion and inline with Aura’s Privacy Notice which can be found at https://www.aura.life/privacy-policy.

6. Terms of Use

Aura reserves the right to cancel any Product in cases of misuse or breach of these terms. 

Aura may amend or withdraw this Promotion without prior notice.

These terms apply in addition to Aura’s standard service terms (“full Terms and Conditions”), and all decisions regarding this offer are final.
