Life can step in and upend our best-laid plans in an instant; we want your funeral plan to work with you in times like those, not against you. That's why ours have been created to be fully flexible: Feel free to cancel your plan at any time and you will receive a full refund without needing to pay a penalty. You can alter your plan after you've paid without incurring any admin fees; you will only have to pay the difference if you expand things, for example by moving from an unattended ceremony to a partially or fully attended one. If you'd like to ask us anything about this, or you would like to amend or cancel an existing plan, we are to talk whenever you are ready.
Just as our plans are meant to be flexible, we've also designed them to work seamlessly when the time comes to set things in motion. Whilst buying your plan, you'll pick a loved one (a close relative or friend) to be your responsible person. We'll give them a helpful document that will keep them right, so that they are prepared and comfortable with what they need to do when you have passed. They'll notify us that it's time to activate your plan, allowing us to use the money you've already provided to pay for everything. We'll work with them to organise your funeral, depending on what you've specified: If you'll be having an unattended cremation, we'll help your responsible person with the legal side of things, but if your funeral will have guests, then we'll also support them with arranging the funeral itself.
