In the process of buying one of Aura's funeral plans, you will nominate a responsible person (we'd recommend a close friend or family member) who can take charge of things. We'll give them a helpful guide that explains step by step what they need to do and how they can notify us of your passing. Once this is done, we can activate your plan and use the money you've set aside to pay for your funeral. The kind of support we provide to your nominated person will depend on the kind of ceremony that you've specified: If there will be no guests, we will focus on helping them with the legal matters. If your ceremony will be attended, then we will also help them with the logistics of organising the day itself.
