We’ll then use the money we’ve set aside for you in trust to pay for all the expenses, ensuring that you get the funeral you wanted and that your family have nothing left to pay. Within 21 days of your cremation, we’ll either hand-deliver your ashes to your family or scatter them at the crematorium’s Garden of Remembrance – whatever they would prefer.
You certainly can – we want to make sure you can be flexible as possible so that you can react to life’s twists and turns. That’s why we don’t penalise you with an admin fee if you want to cancel or amend your plan – at any time, for any reason. You’ll only pay if you want to upgrade your plan to a bigger one.
